Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Coffrack app or the website at coffrack.in. By using either, you agree to them.
Using Coffrack
Coffrack is free to use for your personal coffee brewing. Please don't misuse it: don't try to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your account
An account is optional. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using Coffrack and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the privacy policy.
Your content
The beans, brews, notes and recipes you add are yours. We use them to run the features you use. If you sync them, we may also use them in de-identified or aggregated form to improve the Coffee Assistant and build new features, as described in the privacy policy. You can opt out at any time.
Roaster information
Prices, stock and product details in the roaster directory are read from each roaster's public store and may be out of date or incomplete. Always check with the roaster before you buy. Coffrack is not affiliated with the roasters listed and does not sell coffee.
Brewing guidance
Brew guides, calculators and assistant answers are general guidance to help you enjoy coffee. They are not professional or medical advice. Take care with hot water and equipment.
Third-party services
If you connect the Coffee Assistant to an external chat service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms.
No warranty
Coffrack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Coffrack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date above and let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
